wwww.uk.net is run by Paul Williams trading as Woods World Wide by Williams, [legal business name and VAT number if registered, to confirm], Unit 12 Johnston House, Laundry Loke, North Walsham, Norfolk NR28 0BX. Email paul@wwww.uk.net, phone 07771 950 911.

Orders

When you place an order you'll get an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email to say it has been sent. If we can't supply an item, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling [and include VAT where applicable, to confirm]. Delivery is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. Items marked "Ask for a quote" are priced individually and a separate agreement is made for them.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses, or you can collect free from the workshop. UK delivery is included in the price of most pieces; any extra charge is shown on the product page. Details are on our delivery & returns page.

Cancelling and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. This doesn't apply to personalised, engraved or made-to-order items, which are made to your specification. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. We refund within 14 days of getting the item back.

Faulty products

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll repair the problem with a replacement or refund.

Handmade and natural

Every piece is handmade from natural timber, so the grain, colour and knots will differ from the photos and small variations in size are normal. These are not faults. Personalised wording is engraved as you supply it, so please check spelling carefully; Paul will confirm the wording with you before he makes it.

Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
